LandlordHive, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the LandlordHive platform.
We collect information you provide directly — such as account registration details, property data, lease information, and uploaded documents — as well as usage data and device information collected automatically when you use the Service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process subscription payments, send operational notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security controls. We employ industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
When you use AI-powered features (including Ask AI and AI Auto), your queries and relevant property data may be processed by third-party AI providers. We minimize the data shared and do not use your data to train external AI models without your consent.
We use third-party services including Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payment processing), and AI providers. These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also export your data via the backup feature in Settings.
We use minimal cookies and local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
